4 pictures at 4 am

Memorial Day wit cousins! Mom & Dad had another house hunting trip - but A & M stayed with their grandparents and had a great time! 

Dylan has discovered his thumb! He does not suck it all the time, but when he does, it is adorable! 

We have moved! We opted to fly us all cross county instead of drive! A much better option! 

 

Dylan started rice cereal and has been introduced to bananas! He is not terribly interested though! He is more than happy to continue nursing. 

  

Dylan at 6 months...

Has started rice cereal and bananas.  At first he seemed totally interested, now not so much. I am not in a rush to get him started on solids so I have no problem with him taking his time getting used to it.

Almost rolls back to front. I think his chubby thighs keep him grounded.

Gives great hugs - and pulls my hair out of the back of my neck daily!!

First swim. Loved it.

First road trip. Hated it.  But when we made the same trip in our van with Andrew in sight - he did much better!

Wears 6-12 months clothes.

Wears size 4 diapers.

Not the greatest sleeper! But really, the kid is PERFECT during his waking hours.  I'll give him a little slack at night. It's the only time he gets un-interupted attention.

Weighs about 20lbs

He continues to be ONE HAPPY, HAPPY, HAPPY BOY!!!

Five on Friday

 Andrew climbs the fridge every time he walks by. Who teaches boys this?

 These kids love, love, love rocks. Hand them a bag and they would be happy for hours.

 Pollen count of 8000 and we had a scary few hours.

4 Months...

Weight: 17 lbs

Height: 24 3/4 inches

Clothing/Diaper Size: 6-12 months, Size 3

Milestones: Rolling over stomach to back all the time and trying back to stomach. Mastered tummy time and loves it.  Laughs all the time.  Started grabbing, reaching for toys.  First ear double ear infection. Ugh, pollen!!!

Adventures: Always an adventure with 3 year old twin siblings :-) Second trip to AZ. Helping mom and dad find a house.

Routine:  Eats every 3-4 hours unless he needs a nap then thinks he needs a little snack to go to sleep.  Nights have been a little rougher but goes to bed every night between 8-9 and wakes between 7-9

Favorites: Loves his blue 'peacock' toy

Thoughts: This boy could not be happier and we could not be more blessed and thankful.

How Andrew felt about our family vacation to the beach....

 

We went to the beach and had a good time. Not a great time. Andrew was not himself at all. 

Actually, he was quite difficult. He would scream at the top of his lungs anytime something did not go 100% his way. Which happened quite often. In his defense - he did have an ear infection. 

We took him to Urgent Care to see if something was wrong - and he did have a minor infection. 

We are blaming his terrible behavior on that :-)

We now refer to Andrew's mood/behavior as before the beach Andrew, and at the beach Andrew.  

We are happy to say our before the beach Andrew has returned. 

With just a few episodes of at the beach Andrew here and there.

As a result, these are the some of the best/only pictures we have of our week in Destin, Florida!

20 Weeks

20 Weeks

How far along:  20 weeks (8.4.12)

Total weight gain/loss: Not sure. Gain weight stresses me out. So the nurses know not to tell me my weight - at all.  I'll find out my weight the day I deliver.  I do know that at my last appointment (Monday) was the first time I had gained weight. I lost some the first few appointments but the lbs are starting to pack on :-(

Maternity clothes: I can still fit into my regular clothes - but the bigger, stretchier ones are definitely my favorite. I don't like tight clothes when I am not pregnant. Even more so when I am. 

Sleep:   I wake up  a few times a night to go to the bathroom. Other than that, no complaints. 

Movement:  He moves throughout the day and Andy felt him kick for the first time yesterday. 

Food cravings:   York Peppermint Patty. I cannot stop eating them. I am loving bananas too.

Gender:  BOY

Milestones:  Hmmm - not sure about this one, 

Theme:  Our pregnancy is public.

I see these on questionnaires on blogs alot. 

I decided I'd give it a try this time round seeing as I am terrible at keeping track
